Blista Brailletec is a non-profit company based in Marburg. For more than 40 years, we have been developing, manufacturing and distributing products that enable Braille to be written, printed and used. We also offer devices and materials that enable the production of tactile content. This allows graphics, maps, diagrams and symbols, for example, to be converted into a tactile form and made accessible to all. Another focus is our service related to tactile labelling. We manufacture labels and signs that make information permanently tactile and, if required, also legible in black print.
As a master distributor for leading international manufacturers, we ensure that customers in the UK have access to selected top-quality products. These include Braille printing systems from Index Braille AB and PIAF embossers from Harpo. With advice, spare parts and a comprehensive range of services, we ensure that these devices can be used reliably over the long term.

Blista Brailletec has modern CNC machining centres in Marburg, which are used to manufacture the PUMA VII punching machine, among other things. Our many years of experience in our own production facilities also enable us to carry out repairs, maintenance and technical adjustments with a high level of expertise.
Tactile lettering
Tactile labels and signs ensure that information is clearly understood. They are used on packaging, doors and in orientation systems. Blista Brailletec precisely implements your requirements and manufactures labels, films and aluminium signs that are permanently tactile and can also be produced in black print on request. This results in labels that are functional, durable and individually tailored to the respective area of application.

PUMA VII The Marburg Punching Machine
The PUMA VII is an in-house development by Blista Brailletec and embosses matrices for Braille and tactile graphics. It is unique in its kind worldwide. The matrices created are used as printing plates and, when used in a printing machine, enable the reproduction of documents and illustrations in large quantities. This allows books, brochures and teaching materials to be produced efficiently.
